Welcome to the Global Securities Markets Conclave 1.0! By registering for this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Registration and Participation

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

Your registration is subject to confirmation by the IFSCA, and you will receive a confirmation email once your registration has been successfully processed. The Global Securities Markets Conclave 1.0 (hereafter "the Event") will be held on the date(s) specified on the event website.

Visa

In case you need an invitation letter for a visa request, please contact the IFSCA on ifsc-gsmc@ifsca.gov.in indicating your full name, nationality, passport number with date of issue and expiry. The IFSCA will prepare the letter/email that you can present to the visa officer. The Organisers are not liable for any visa rejection/late issuance.

Permission to Share Your Information By registering for the Event, you provide your consent for the following:

Sharing of Personal Details: Your registration information, including your name, email address, job title, company, and any other relevant details, may be shared with the event hosts, co-hosts, and other registered participants to facilitate networking, communication, and event-related activities.

Use of Your Information by Event organizers: The event organizers, hosts, and co-hosts may contact you regarding event-related updates, invitations to future events, or follow-up activities related to the Global Securities Markets Conclave 1.0.

Publicity and Marketing: You consent to the use of your name, likeness, and other personal information in promotional materials and communications related to the Event

Data Privacy and Security

The organizers will take appropriate measures to protect your data in accordance with applicable laws of India. The data will be retained with organisers for sharing further updates. Data will be shared as required by any regulatory authority from time to time.

You can request to opt-out of communications or request to have your information removed by contacting us at ifsc-gsmc@ifsca.gov.in.

Event Changes and Cancellations

The Event organizers reserve the right to change the Event schedule, speakers, location, or any other aspect of the Event at any time, with or without notice. Organisers reserves the right to cancel or vary social functions.

Code of Conduct

All participants, speakers, and organizers are expected to maintain a professional and respectful atmosphere at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who violates the code of conduct.

Health and Safety and Liability Disclaimer

Guidelines for International Arrivals: For international travels, please ensure all the necessary requirements are fulfilled as per guidelines issued by World Health Organisation, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India and Ministry of Civil Aviation, Govt. of India, Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India.

Insurance and Liability: It is recommended that participants obtain adequate cover for travel, health and accident insurance before they depart for the Global Securities Markets Conclave 1.0. The Event organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during or as a result of participating in the Event, including but not limited to travel or accommodation issues, personal injury, or property damage. By attending the Event, you agree to release the organizers from any liability related to your participation.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the courts of Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

By completing your registration for the Global Securities Markets Conclave you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
